If you own a home or rent from the local authority in a Council area where SDK-DialaPest has been selected to offer its pest control services and live in a single family occupancy property, you can benefit from the discounted fixed prices.
If you are in receipt of benefits and believe you may be entitled to a further discount, you should first check your eligibility on your Council website. SDK will need to verify this entitlement so please send proof along with contact details to [email protected] and our team will contact you to help you with your booking.
If you are a tenant in an HMO or property with more than one family living there, we cannot accept a booking from you directly. This must come directly from the property owner. Please ask them to e mail a treatment enquiry to [email protected]
Councils do not offer discounted or subsidised treatments for commercial properties. We can provide pest treatments directly for Landlords, Letting Agencies and Housing Associations seeking treatments for their tenants at competitive rates. For a quotation please e mail us at [email protected]
The decision to provide online booking was as a result of market trends and customer demand to provide 24/7 access allowing them to select a treatment date and appointment slot of choice, pay the relevant fees, and receive updates and appointment reminders electronically.
If you want information on the biology of a pest, help identifying which pest you have or how our treatments work and or what you must do before during and after treatments, please visit our Treatments page. Our booking agents help with bookings and are not authorised to give technical advice.
Each council sets it own rates and the online booking system shows the fixed treatment rates for each pest before you progress to booking stage. If you do not know which council area you live in, simply type ‘Find My Council’ into your search browser and visit the DirectGov website. By entering your postcode you can see which council you live in.
